HANDLE FROM A REPUTABLE MANUFACTURER

Welding handle T-17V (with gas valve in the burner head)) is a gas-cooled handle for welding using the TIG Lift method (non-melting electrode). It is made on the basis of parts imported from the European Union and Asia. Typical length is 4m. The current connection is equipped with a DINSE plug with a gas quick coupler plug and a standard handle in a rubber-carved cover.

It gives the possibility of TIG welding (in argon shield), when connected to an ordinary MMA inverter welding machine (for buffer electrodes) and to a multifunctional welding device (migomat) type: MIG + MMA + TIG LIFT, can be welded using TIG method. Such possibilities are provided by the use of a gas valve in the handle and a gas connection integrated with the plug.

In addition to the handle, cylinder with Argon (+gas cable + bands + reducer), we offer you 2 complete, universal sets of accessories for electrode welding with a diameter of 1,6mm and 2,4mm. The set includes: electrode, terminal bushing, current connector, 4 gas-ceramic nozzles, 2 plugs (long and short).

GAS CYLINDER

Pure Argon CLASS 4,8 (99,998%): - is currently the most popular shielding gas in the TIG Lift welding process. Operating pressure 150 bar. Capacity 8l - 1,5m3 gas.

The cylinder is new, full and has legalization.

The cylinder comes with a sturdy metal cap, protecting the gas valve during transport and storage.

The cylinder and valve are made in accordance with EN 1964: 1999, and have the Π mark of compliance with ADR/RID requirements – approved for marketing throughout the European Union. Powder coating of cylinders in accordance with PN-EN standards.

The cylinder is lightweight, compact, easy to transport.

The bottle can be filled at any point of filling gas cylinders.

GAS REDUCER

Single-stage reducer for argon, mixture and carbon dioxide. It allows you to reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required outlet pressure (working pressure) and ensures that this pressure is maintained as constant as possible regardless of changes in the inlet pressure.

GAS CONNECTOR

The TIG handle is terminated with a nut, which in some welding machines can be screwed directly into the welding machine (gas then flows directly from the welding machine). If your welding machine does not have such an output, you will find a connector in the set, which you will connect the gas pipe with the gas hose, and this one will plug into the gas cylinder.

The connector comes in three versions - we send randomly depending on availability.

GAS HOSE

Hose connecting the welding machine to the reducer and then to the gas cylinder. Our hose is additionally reinforced. Inner diameter of gas hose- (fi)- 6mm.

GAS HOSE BANDS

Worm bands for gas hose to adjust with a screwdriver.

NOTE:

Depending on the batch of deliveries, the wire finish can be with or without additional rubber cover. This does not affect the functionality of the handle.
