✅Automatic microfoam with Auto Milq™ function and settings for milk substitutes

The automatic steam nozzle allows you to adjust the temperature of the milk from 40°C to 75°C and offers 8 levels of foaming, allowing you to customize the result to your liking. It provides a silky smooth microfoam, containing at least one million microbubbles per milliliter, which enhances the taste of coffee and is essential for creating latte art. You can also switch to manual mode and froth milk like a barista. Auto Milq™ offers three milk substitute settings that calculate the air entry time and temperature for selected types of milk: cow, almond, oat, soy.

✅ Precisely tuned espresso PID extraction process

The Barista Touch™ Impress, thanks to its innovative temperature control technology throughout the PID extraction process (+/- 1°C), easily controls the temperature of the prepared coffee 93 °C. The electronic temperature control system records the temperature occurring during extraction, effectively equalizes its fluctuations, guaranteeing stability during coffee brewing. This gives even more certainty of the taste and quality of the coffee prepared.

✅ Volumetric dosing

On a single or double espresso, you can choose a standard espresso, a little more or more yield size. The coffee maker during brewing will always strive to give the volume of water that will be necessary to obtain the appropriate volume of espresso about 25ml, more about 32,5ml and a little more 40ml.
