Krytox GPL (General-Purpose Lubricant) 205 Grade 0 is the most popular lubricant used to improve the performance of switches and stabilizers. Thanks to the fact that it is universal, it is suitable for lubricating every part of the switch and stabilizer.

The basic density class of Krytox 205 is NLGI 2, but it is too dense to be used in keyboards. Thanks to the appropriate combination of the original version of Krytox 205 with Krytox 105, Krytox 205 grade 0 is created, which is ideal for modifying the keyboard.

Krytox 205g0 improves the working culture of stabilizers by significantly silencing their work and providing first-class sensations from pressing long keys, such as shift or space bar.

Krytox GPL 105 is transparent and has an oil consistency. It is an ideal and most frequently chosen option for lubricating switch springs due to the possibility of using the Bag Lubing technique, which consists in throwing all springs into a string bag (or a fairly small box) and intensively shaking it. After several seconds, all springs are almost perfectly evenly lubricated, which saves an unimaginable amount of time. We recommend using about 1 drop per 10 springs.

Krytox GPL 105, compared to 205g0 is a rarer lubricant that slightly less interferes with the behavior of the switch. When used in Linear switches, or Tactile in particular, it allows you to achieve the desired smoothness and level the "ping" of the springs without significantly interfering with the nature of the switch, allowing it to continue to make original sounds for itself.

Switches after lubrication are quieter and smoother for a more fleshy click. As a result, the entire keyboard seems to be more "Thocky" than "Clacky", which makes it free of rattling, and the sound coming from it is deeper and toned.

Lubricating the switch allows it to reach its full potential. In the case of Linear switches, almost every element inside the switch is suitable for lubrication. Tactile switches require a little more attention because not every component needs grease.

Lube Brush is a brush for lubricating switches. Its tip is made of plastic, which makes it much more difficult to delaminate, which makes it much easier to lubricate switches and stabilizers. Thanks to the wider wooden handle than ordinary brushes, the holds it comfortably and stably, making lubrication of 60 or more switches more pleasant. The brush is size 00.

The packaging of both Krytox GPL 105 and 205g0 contains at least 5 grams of product. This amount of each of them is easily enough to lubricate two full keyboards.
