Don't risk repairing with regular "droplet" glue! We offer a set with original polyurethane adhesive Professional PU-312. It is the same agent that is used in factories during the production of inflatables. It creates a weld so strong that the repaired place often exceeds the strength of the original material.

Ideal for repairing: inflatables, swimming pools, SUP boards, mattresses, tarpaulins, waders and inflatable toys.

📦 SET COMPOSITION :

1. 3x PU-312 Professional adhesive (3 tubes of 35ml):

   Practical solution: In total, you get up to 105ml of strong adhesive, but for your convenience and storage safety, we have separated it into three separate tubes.

   Savings: You don’t have to worry about the rest of the glue drying out and wasting when you open the large package. For a small repair, you open one tube, and the other two are waiting factory closed for the next occasion.

   Technical parameters: Dedicated to PVC MATERIALS. It is a polyurethane adhesive that creates a very strong, flexible weld. Full resistance to water (sweet/salt), UV radiation and temperature (-40°C to +80°C).

2. Long PVC repair mat (Patch):

   Dimension: 100 cm x 15 cm. Thick, reinforced with mesh. You can freely cut it with scissors to the desired shape and size.

3. Brush:

   It facilitates precise distribution of glue, ensuring an even and durable weld.

🛠 APPLICATION – WHAT WILL YOU FIX WITH THIS SET?

The kit is ideal for repairing items made of PVC, such as:

🏆 WHY IS PU-312 BETTER THAN OTHERS?

Unlike cheap substitutes, PU-312 adhesive works on the principle of cold welding. It penetrates the PVC structure, permanently binding the patch to the substrate.

• ✅ Thermal activation possible: For factory strength, the weld can be heated (e.g. with a dryer) – details in the instructions below.
• ✅ Water resistance 100%: You can use the equipment in the sea, lake and chlorinated pool water. Don't wait for a small hole to turn into a large tear. Buy a repair kit now and be prepared for any failure. Repair your equipment once, and good!

📝 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – Two Methods of Bonding:

The kit allows repair in all conditions. Choose the method that is right for you:

METHOD 1: "COLD" (Quick repair in the field/over water)

1. Clean and degrease the repaired surface and patch (e.g. acetone or spirit).
2. Tap the patch to the correct size (leave a margin of at least 2-3 cm around the damage).
3. Using the included brush, apply a thin layer of glue to both surfaces (patch and repaired item). Wait 5-10 minutes.
4. Apply a second coat of glue. Wait 3-5 minutes (glue is to be sticky, but do not get your fingers dirty).
5. Press the patch firmly (preferably with a squeeze or heavy object) for at least 3-4 hours.

METHOD 2: "HOT" (Professional - recommended for maximum durability)

1. Proceed as above (see 1-4 two layers of glue).
2. Before joining the elements, heat both greased surfaces (e.g. hairdryer or heat gun) up to approx. 50-60°C.
3. Connect the elements and press very hard (with a shaft or weight).
