Adjustable length

The paddle can be easily adjusted from 173 to 213 cm, so you can adjust it to suit different swimming styles. It works well when surfing on a SUP board, swimming on calm water and racing training. The recommended paddle length is user height plus 15 to 20 cm for SUP surfing, 20 to 25 cm for swimming on flat water and 25 to 30 cm for racing.
