Uplink's EPON ONU terminal features 1 gigabit Ethernet port and 1 SC/PC port. It is designed to work in bridge mode, does not have router functionality. The EPON port can reach 1,25 Gbps of bandwidth in both downstream and upstream. The use of a gigabit Ethernet port allows you to take advantage of the speed offered by the fiber optic network.

The device is designed primarily for use in homes and small offices. It works best when combined with a router that distributes the network to multiple clients.
