DIGIMIG 200 Pulse Synergistic Inverter Welder

Synergistic welding machine DIGIMIG 200 Pulse is an innovative device for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using the methods MIG/MAG, MMA (wrapped electrode) and Lift TIG. The device is aimed at professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for lutowelding of thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. The welder allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG) handle.

Digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arch dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergistic mode of operation in the MIG/MAG method. The use of synergistic settings for ordinary steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys in the welding machine significantly simplifies its operation and allows for use by people with less experience and hobbyists. The use of pulse or double pulse allows you to achieve better weld quality, high aesthetics with very high efficiency.

The device can be welded using the standard MMA or MMA method with pulsation, which allows for higher quality welds. In MMA, you can adjust ARC FORCE, HOT START and disable VRD.

DIGIMIG 200 Pulse enables TIG welding with pulsation DC along with pulse characteristic adjustment. The welder allows the use of several operating modes including the option of spot welding. The device has memory of the last setting, i.e. after turning it off and re-enabling it, the last set parameters are restored. It is also possible to remember 35 sets of settings with easy access to the save/playback mode of the program. On the inside of the spool compartment cover there is a short guide for the welder facilitating the current operation of the device with a detailed description of access to adjustable operating parameters.

The welder is equipped with a unique MIG handle with a knob in the handle that allows remote regulation of welding voltage/current when operating in synergistic mode.

The new, lightweight Ar/CO2 cylinder contains 8l (1.5 m3) of a high-quality mixture of 82% argon and 18% CO2 used in welding and industry.

Protective cap protects the valve from damage during transport or storage. The cylinder is full, factory new and has an operating pressure of 150 bar. The cylinders have 10 years of legalization, meet the standards EN-1964-1 and have a mark Π which allows them to be used and filled in all EU countries.
