The EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE welding machine is a small and easily portable power source, made in IGBT technology, designed for TIG and TIG PULS welding with alternating current (AC), constant current (DC), and MMA method with a direct current (DC) electrode. By adjusting the parameters of pulse welding TIG PULS we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding is used when welding thin materials. Arching occurs in non-contact (HF) or touch mode (LIFT). Clear and easy to use digital control panel allows accurate adjustment of the device, ensures stable parameters and high welding quality.

PULS - Pulse welding not only allows for better weld quality, but also allows for welding in various positions and welding of very thin elements. Reducing the linear energy of the arc, and thus reducing overheating or burnout of welded materials.

2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process takes place, while after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped. Four bars is particularly useful for long welds as well as during work when we need to freely maneuver the handle, e.g. during welding of pipes. After pressing and releasing the button, the arc is lit only again pressing and releasing completes the process.

AC TIG – AC welding function, enabling qualitative welding of aluminium. It allows you to effectively remove aluminum oxides and keep the lake clean.

IGBT - modern IGBT transistors are used in the welding machine, the solution ensures lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also trouble-free operation.

SETTINGS MEMORY - Built-in memory allows you to save and read up to 9 sets of settings, which definitely facilitate work, especially when we have repeatability of cycles.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.

ANTI STICK - anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc

HOT START function - this is a temporary increase in welding current to facilitate the ignition of the electric arc and the preheating of the welded material.

ARC FORCE “arch dynamics” – shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc, regardless of its length.
