VERSATILE DEVICE
Sherman MIG 200 HD is a welding machine that is a versatile device. It allows welding using MIG-MAG, MMA, TIG DC LIFT methods. An additional advantage is the possibility of welding with self-shielding wires (FLUX). Widely used from maintenance work to car body repairs. Thanks to its flexibility, it can weld various types of materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
POWDER WIRE WELDING AND SOLDERING CUSI3
The welding machine enables the lutowelding process, thanks to which galvanized sheets can be freely combined, which are often used in car bodies. In addition, the device has the function of change of polarity, thanks to which it is possible welding without gas with self-shielding wires (FCAW), as well as welding with an MMA wrapped electrode.
MIG-MAG WITH SYNERGY
A special feature of the semi-automatic SHERMAN is the possibility of automatic selection of welding parameters (synergy). The welding machine itself selects parameters based on the set value of the welding current (the settings of which can be seen on the right display). It is worth noting that this setting affects the automatic selection of wire feed speed by the device.
OPTION TO MANUALLY SET MIG/MAG
The device also has a manual mode, with the possibility of manual settings. In this mode, the migomat allows you to change the welding current (right display) and the voltage value of the electric arc (left display). This feature can be particularly useful for more experienced welders.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTION OF THE SHERMAN MIGOMATE
IGBT - a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference with small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
HOT START "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.
2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process is stopped at the second press. This is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
SPOOL GUN - welding torch with built-in wire feeder. It is used mainly in car workshops and in welding thin sheets, it is perfect for hard-to-reach places and at heights. A spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle.
