It's possible to adjust the welding voltage. Synergic programs for carbon steel and aluminum are precisely calibrated, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. • Brazing welding is particularly useful for joining galvanized sheets and thin materials (car body repairs). Most importantly, the lower working temperature ensures that the zinc coating remains intact. This means the sheet metal retains its anti-corrosion properties.

• Advanced IGBT technology, based on modern transistors, guarantees not only less power consumption, but also stable operation even under heavy loads
• Inductance adjustment allows you to set the “hardness” of the arc and the heat associated with it. The smaller the value, the more stable the arc, more heat, but also more chipping. Sherman DIGIMIG 200 HIT is a versatile, synergic welding machine designed for welding a variety of materials such as steel and colored metals. It enables welding using the MMA method (wrapped electrode), TIG Lift and MIG/MAG.

By changing the polarity, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using standard wires in the protective gas shield, as well as powder / self-shielding wires.

The welder can be used with the Spool Gun handle, which has its own feeder and space for a small spool of wire (D100). The welder is dedicated to work in closed rooms or under a roof, in places where it will not be exposed to direct weather conditions.
