IDEAL PRAKTIK TIG 200 AC/DC is a portable power source, made in the IGBT technology, designed for welding using TIG and TIG PULS alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA method with a direct current (DC) electrode.

Small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop work and field work.

✅ The device has welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULS, TIG AC, TIG AC PULS, MMA.

• TIG DC and TIG DC PULS: function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium.
• TIG AC and TIG AC PULS: function allows welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass.

Thanks to the regulation of welding parameters of pulsed TIG PULS, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc.

Pulse welding also allows to reduce the amount of heat supplied to the material and is applicable when welding thin materials.

Arching occurs in contactless (HF) or touch (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used during welding in environments with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the environment.

Both with contactless HF and touch LIFT ignition, we have the option of selecting the button function in the TIG handle between operation in 2-bar or 4-bar mode (button lock for long welds).

Readable and easy-to-use digital control panel enables exact adjustment of the device, provides stable parameters and high quality welding.

• ⭐ HOT START: hot start adjustment – facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.
• ⭐ ANTI STICK: short-circuit – automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents accidental formation of a welding arc
