ARC 230 inverter welder for welding with DC electrodes and TIG lift.

Designed for welding with rutile and alkaline electrodes up to 5 mm of various steel grades (low carbon, low alloy, stainless, etc. ) and cast iron. The welding machine has a digital display of welding current.

LEDs on the front panel indicate that the power supply is connected (green LED) or turned off due to overload (red LED).

Overload protection.

The welder has functions to facilitate welding:

✅ HOT START: increases welding current when arcing to facilitate electrode ignition

✅ ARC FORCE (arch dynamics): shortens the arc length when increasing the welding current by optimizing the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from being extinguished when the electrode comes into contact with the welded material

✅ ANTI STICK: reduces welding current by preventing the electrode from sticking to the welded material

The welder can weld using the TIG method after connecting a torch with a gas valve. Tactile arc glow due to rubbing with tungsten electrode against the welded material (TIG Scratch).

Small and lightweight design makes the device applicable in repair work in workshop conditions as well as in field work.

Transport makes it easy to equip the welding machine with a shoulder strap.

High 80% duty cycle is a huge advantage of this welding machine, 100% duty cycle reaches at 205A current, which makes it possible to weld it with 4,0mm electrodes practically without interruption. ARC 230 is powered from a single-phase 230V network.

The welder is equipped with:
