ADJUSTABLE
- Clean depth - cleaning. Adjust the depth of removal of oxides from the welding lake.
- Clean width - cleaning. Adjust the width of the removal of oxides from the welding lake.
- Both of the above parameters (Clean depth; Clean width) are based on the balance of polarity change (regulation of the polarity duration ratio plus to minus). The positive half-wave allows the top layer of oxides to be pierced, while the negative half-wave, accompanied by a drop in electrode temperature and heat flow to the welded element, promotes deeper arc penetration. By adjusting the AC balance, you can precisely adjust the proportions between the distributing and penetrating action of the electric arc.
The TIG DC and TIG DC PULS functions are used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield. .
The TIG AC and TIG AC PULS functions allow welding of aluminium and its alloys and brass.

✔ TIG WELDING WITH PULSE - thanks to the regulation of pulsed welding parameters, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and is applicable when welding very thin materials.
✔ SPOT WELDING - consists in making a small area of joining materials of small thickness. Most often, spot welding of sheet metal is carried out. This procedure is also referred to as one-sided welding.
