The Magnum THF 203P DC Professional inverter welder is a device that allows us to operate with a maximum current of 200A. The equipment is ideal for working with black, acid-resistant and stainless steel. An additional advantage of the device is the contactless HF and the possibility of welding with Pulse.

INTUITIVE OPERATION

Welding can be carried out classically using the 2T method or the 4T method used for longer welds. The device has a clear and transparent "soft panel", and parameter adjustments are made using the multifunctional knob and two buttons, making setting the welding machine very easy and intuitive.

HANDLE INCLUDED

The device is equipped with a TIG SR 26 welding torch with a length of 4m. We add consumable parts to each handle to start, so that the handle is armed and ready to work. In addition, all spare parts of the handle are easily accessible and can be purchased at attractive prices.

2T/4T - welding modes. 2T allows welding as long as the button in the handle is pressed. 4T used for long welds, starts welding when pressing and releasing the button, and the end occurs after pressing the button in the handle again.

HF IONIZER - contactless arch glow using high frequencies. Thanks to this technological solution, it is possible to eliminate weld contamination with tungsten.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

PULS - Pulse welding not only allows for better weld quality, but also allows for welding in various positions and welding of very thin elements. Reducing the linear energy of the arc, and thus reducing overheating or burnout of welded materials.

Thanks to the use of a soft control panel, we can easily control parameters such as:

  • gas outflow before and after welding
  • starting current
  • time of rise and fall of current
  • final current (extinguishing current)
  • work in two-bar and four-bar (2T/4T)

In addition, we control the parameters of PULS:
