The Magnum MIG 224 LCD Dual Pulse Synergy is a professional synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for manual, electric welding of low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel (MAG), alloy steel (MIG).

This modern migomat features a color liquid crystal display LCD all welding functions and parameters.

The device can also be welded using the MMA Cellulose method and the TIG Lift Pulse method.

It is designed for all kinds of welding work, in locksmith workshops, repair workshops, industrial, factories, etc.

Perfect for welding aluminum and stainless steels.

Thanks to the use of synergistic settings, the device is very easy to use and can be used by welders even with minimal experience.

The power source was built on IGBT transistors providing a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source. Very high efficiency, which translates directly into lower energy consumption, and high switching frequency, ensure rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.

The Magnum MIG 224 LCD Dual Pulse Synergy device has a synergistic program for welding aluminium alloys, and the function of single and double pulsation of welding current.

The design and software, combined with digital control, allows you to obtain the highest quality welding parameters, when welding any weldable materials, made of black steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, aluminum and its alloys.

Functions to facilitate welding:

• liquid crystal color LCD display

• Hot Start "hot start" consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.
• Arc Force “arch dynamics” – shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc, regardless of its length.
• VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) reduces the output voltage (between the mass and the electrode) to a safe level, protecting against accidental shock in the intervals between weldings. The VRD voltage reduction system provides additional safety for the welder and people in the vicinity, especially in an environment where there is an increased likelihood of electric shock, e.g. hot environment, humid environment, etc.
