PRAKTIK MIG 140 SYNERGIC LED is a synergistic inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the FLUX, TIG LIFT and MMA methods. The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to repairs of simple steel structures.
Welding is carried out using self-shielding wire, without additional gas (FLUX), or in an inert gas shield (TIG LIFT only).
The FCAW method is arc welding with core wire (powder). It is a welding method similar to the MIG/MAG method, except that the wire inside is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding. FCAW welding combines the advantages of both wrapped electrode welding and MAG welding.
Professional 2R wire feeder - it is a reliable wire feeding regardless of the spool weight and type of welding wire. The proven feeder mechanism has a big impact on the smoothness of wire feeding, and this already translates directly into the welding parameters of the device.
The device is made of elements that allow for effective operation of the welding machine in demanding conditions.
The power source is based on IGBT transistors that provide a minimum of electromagnetic interference, allowing you to increase the efficiency and reliability of the device.

- FCAW (FLUX) - a popular variant of the MAG method - semi-automatic welding with a hot melt electrode (welding wire on a spool). The main difference is that it is welded with a special self-shielding wire, which does not require the use of shielding gas. Simplifying, we can say that this method combines two processes: MAG welding and MMA electrode welding.
- MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
