The IDEAL EXPERT TIG 200 DC welding machine is a professional device for welding steel, copper, stainless steel, acid and other weldable materials using the TIG DC method. High power 200A, guarantees to obtain a melt approx. 5mm and gives us the ability to weld elements up to 10mm thick.

EASY OPERATION AND FULL CONTROL PANEL

The device has a clear and transparent "soft panel", and parameter adjustments are made using the multifunctional knob and several buttons, making setting the welding machine very easy and intuitive. From the control panel, you can choose the welding method and the 2T function (welding with the handle button pressed), or 4T used for longer welds (without having to hold the handle button). Arching is carried out without contact using the built-in HF ionizer. In addition, the HF system improves welding stability and ensures rapid adjustment of current to changes in parameters during welding.

WELDING WITH PULSE

The welder has options for pulsed current welding TIG PULS. Welding with pulse significantly reduces overheating of the material, reduces chipping giving very precise melting. Thanks to this function, the welder has higher control over the welding process, and the weld itself is narrower and prettier, and also allows welding of thin elements. Arching is done without contact using the built-in HF ionizer or in the LIFT touch mode.

The welding machine is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith workshops, repair workshops, industrial, factories, etc. It allows welding of black, stainless and chrome-nickel steel.

The device is equipped with a TIG SR 26 welding torch length 4m with a high current capacity, thanks to which it will withstand work even in long cycles. The handle also has remote control in the handle, which definitely facilitates work and it is possible to remotely change the current during welding. In addition, the leather sleeve significantly extends its durability and provides a more comfortable work.

We add consumable parts to each handle to start, so that the handle is armed and ready to work. In addition, all spare parts of the handle are easily accessible and can be purchased at attractive prices.
