Semi-automatic welding machine MINI MIG 160 SYN powered by single-phase 230V, made in IGBT technology, has a SYNERGY function, is designed for MIG welding without gas shield (FLUX) wire on a spool of 1 kg sheets with a thickness of max 4 mm.
The power source was built on IGBT transistors providing a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source, lower power consumption and rapid adjustment of the current to change parameters during welding.
It can weld with DC electrodes and Tungsten electrodes (TIG DC LIFT).
The device is designed for small welding work in repair workshops, farms, DIY, etc.

Welding FCAW
The FCAW method is arc welding with core (powder) wire. It is a welding method similar to the MIG/MAG method, except that the wire inside is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding. FCAW welding combines the advantages of both wrapped electrode welding and MAG welding.
