WELDING UP TO 12MM THICK
WELDMAN MICRO MIG 225 is an easy-to-use inverter welding machine that automatically selects welding parameters - SYNERGY, making setting the welding machine simple and intuitive. The device allows for welding with a maximum current of 220A, so you can get 6mm melt and weld material up to a thickness of 12mm.
PROVEN EQUIPMENT
WELDMAN MICRO MIG is a device made in IGBT inverter technology. This solution provides lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also trouble-free operation. The use of IGBT technology guarantees rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.
EASY OPERATION - SYNERGY
The welder has easy control via the multifunctional knob and dedicated buttons. Each of them is responsible for a different parameter and allows you to set the welding machine very precisely. After choosing the welding method and thickness of the wire used, we indicate what material we weld, and the welding machine will select the rest automatically. With the knob, we adjust the wire feed speed and voltage, which adjust automatically between each other. Thanks to this solution, you can weld any material very precisely, without unnecessary waste of time on the selection of appropriate settings.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
PROFESSIONAL FEEDER 2R - The welding machine is equipped with a professional feeder with a powerful motor that will ensure stable wire feeding without jams.
BURNBACK - regulation of the burning time of the end of the welding wire allows to eliminate the risk of welding wire sticking to the current tip.
FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or chemical substance producing protective gases during welding
LUTOSPELING - a process by which you can freely connect galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies. The main advantage of MIG MAG solder welding is the maintenance of a protective zinc coating at the solder-zinc interface.
OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
ARC FORCE-function regulating the dynamics of the welding arc, stabilizes it regardless of its length, which affects the quality of welding.
HOT START - "hot start" - a function that makes it easier to start welding. At the moment of arcing, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to warm up the material and electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the melt and weld face in the initial phase of welding.
IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
ATTENTION! TIG PACKAGE INCLUDED
The welding machine also allows you to weld the TIG LIFT method using the TIG handle of the SR26 type visible in the photo next to it. The arc is contacted by the LIFT method, and the gas is controlled by a valve in the handle. The TIG handle is included in the equipment, so to get started, you just need to stock up on an Argon gas cylinder.
