Description

The charging function is 10 degree, fully automatic.

The operating cycle (start-up/cooling) in the start-up function is automatic, which protects the device from overheating and damage. Rectifiers allow you to choose the type of battery, choose the battery mode (charging/starting/regeneration) and the alternator test function. They have protections: against sparking, reverse polarity, short circuit, overheating and overcharging.

STEP 1: DIAGNOSTICS: analysis of the battery, its state of charge and correctness of connections between the battery and rectifier.

STAGE 2: DESULPHURIZATION: recognition of sulphurized battery, charging with low voltage and high intensity pulsating current.

STAGE 3: SOFT START: If the battery is not damaged, a relatively low current charge (about 15%), gradually increasing its value, begins.

STEP 4: ESSENTIAL CHARGING: constant current maximum charging with a value adjusted automatically depending on the state of charge of the battery, until 80% of the battery capacity is reached.

STEP 5: ANALYSIS: checking whether the battery accepts charging current - prevents charging the damaged battery.

STEP 6: CONSTANT VOLTAGE CHARGING: Constant voltage charging and compensating for false full charge reading resulting from high current battery charging.

STEP 7: RECOVERY: charging with a larger charge and compensating for the side effect of reduced charging current.

STEP 8: ADSORPTION: charging with small pulses of constant current until the maximum voltage of the battery is reached.

STEP 9: TEST: check whether the battery stores voltage.

STAGE 10: MAINTENANCE: monitoring the battery voltage and maintaining an optimal charge of 95-100% capacity through charging current pulses if the specified value is recognized.
