TIG-210 AC/DC PULS is an industrial microprocessor device equipped with a color LCD display, based on IGBT technology, adapted for welding carbon steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium, all aluminum alloys. The device is designed to carry out professional welding work. Thanks to the “LCD” control panel, setting the operating parameters is easy and intuitive, even for less advanced users, In addition, we have 4 languages to choose from, including Polish. The advantage of the device is high quality of workmanship, which translates directly into the result of welding work. The device has a full synergy mode, thanks to which the parameters are set automatically to the selected type of material and its thickness. In professional mode, we also have the "AC AUTO" function, thanks to which the machine itself corrects values such as AC current frequency and AC current balance. The user also has a choice of 6 waveforms, and built-in memory that allows you to save 18 any work programs. The design advantage of the device are transistors made in IGBT technology. A characteristic feature of this type of transistors is lower power consumption, less electromagnetic interference, with greater efficiency and a stronger and more stable welding arc. The device has the ability to weld two current values alternately - BI-LEVEL function, and spot welding, SPOT function.
