SPOT WELDING - COLD WELDING

It is a variant of spot welding, it enables welding thin elements, thanks to very low heat emission in the joining zone.

SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE WORKING METHOD

It consists in cyclic short-term ignition and extinction of the arch. Welding occurs in continuous mode, pressing the button in the handle will start cyclic arcing and extinguishing, releasing the button will finish welding.

MAGNUM THF 238 PRO is an inverter welding machine, manufactured from the new generation IGBT transistors. The welder impresses with its small dimensions and weight of only approx. 10kg. LCD DISPLAY WITH POLISH MENU

Operation of the welding machine is very simple. The equipment is equipped with a color LCD display, which is available in Polish. An additional advantage is the great color contrast and graphic symbols highlighting during settings.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND ZALTY

PULS - Pulse welding not only allows for better weld quality, but also allows for welding in various positions and welding of very thin elements. Reducing the linear energy of the arc, and thus reducing overheating or burnout of welded materials.

IGBT - The welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides minimum electromagnetic interference small power loss in basic systems, enabling increase in efficiency and reliability of the power source.

The Sherman V3 automatic welding visor is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face. The built-in filter automatically changes from light to dark when you start working, and when you finish the work, it becomes bright again.
