Manufacturer name:S-MIGMA 250. IGBT

Multifunctional semi-automatic welding machine from Stamos Germany will allow you to process metal elements, thanks to the ability to work in MIG, MAG, FCAW, TIG and MMA modes. S-MIGMA 250. IGBT, thanks to stepless regulation of welding current (max 250 A) enables precise determination of the right value, which increases the convenience of work.

The welding machine uses modern inverter technology IGBT. It guarantees high degree of reliability, as well as efficient operation and fast switching between functions. This is due to the three-pin semiconductor element, which is resistant to short circuits.

Product Features:

  • - Universality - possibility of welding in MIG, MAG, FCAW, TIG and MMA modes,
  • - Practicality - suitable for machining elements made of various weldable metals,
  • - Performance - the use of modern IGBT technology guarantees precise work and safety against short circuits,
  • - Convenience - stepless knobs allow for precise setting of inductance, welding current and wire feed rate,
  • - Mobility - comfortable handle and small size make it easy to carry the welding machine,

STAMOS devices have been manufactured according to strict European standards and have undergone tests for compliance with CE and RoHS. This guarantees a long service life and high quality of the device.

Methods of work:

  • MIG/MAG - Using the MIG method, stainless steel, tin, copper and other colored metals can be conveniently bonded, while MAG mode will work when welding low-alloy, high-alloy or non-alloy structural steels
  • MMA (wrapped electrode) – will work indoors and outdoors. It does not require shielding gas and works well when welding thin materials (from a thickness of 1,5 mm), e.g. copper, iron, nickel, aluminum or m.in alloys. steel and cast iron. Welds made with this method have good operating and mechanical values.
  • TIG – copes well with joining metals and their alloys, e.g. copper, aluminum, magnesium, nickel, titanium, steel and many others. It will work particularly well when processing very thin materials (thickness from 0,5 mm). This method can be used in any position – horizontal, vertical, flat and above the head, and its effect is a clean and precise weld that does not undergo corrosion.
  • FCAW (core wire arc welding) - methods that do not require the use of shielding gas. Thanks to this, it will work well when working outdoors, in windy places. This mode is characterized by a large depth of melting.

Functions:

  • - Hot Start consists in temporarily increasing the welding current during arc ignition,
  • - Spatter makes the device automatically set the inductance, which allows for stable welding.
