The SPARTUS 203P DC welding machine is a modern welding machine built on the basis of the latest IGBT technologies. The use of this technology allowed to reduce the size of the device and increase its efficiency and efficiency. High power source reaching 200A allows you to obtain 5mm melt and weld materials up to 10mm thickness. SPARTUS 203P DC is suitable for any work using black steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel. The device uses a modern control panel, with illuminated parameters for easy operation. The selection of parameters is made using a multifunctional knob, smoothly adjusting each value of the TIG "ladder". This application allows you to precisely and accurately set the desired parameter. The device gives us TIG welding options with PULSEM, thanks to which the welder has more control over the welding process, and the weld itself is narrower and prettier. PULS also allows for welding very thin elements, reducing the linear energy of the arc, and thus reducing overheating or burnout of welded materials.

PULSE FUNCTION, REMOTE CONTROL AND OTHER POSSIBILITIES

PULS - full current modulation, allows welding of thin elements and increases the stability of arc glow.

2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process stops at the second press. This is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

REMOTE CONTROL - an additional advantage is the possibility of using a remote control pedal. Remote foot control will work well for work where frequent change of current is needed. The remote control pedal is not included in the equipment, but is available at our other auctions.

HOT START function "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.
