CONTROL PANEL:

The welder has a simple and user-friendly control panel with a soft panel and a knob that allows for full parameter adjustment. The clear display makes operating the device very easy.

While adjusting parameters, the display shows the relationship between weld bead shape and voltage, and graphically indicates the recommended material thickness for the selected current.

Function Panel Operation:

  • Knob for selecting welding mode / MIG voltage adjustment
  • Button – return to menu
  • Parameter adjustment knob
  • Button for selecting welding parameters: wire feed speed / wire diameter / inductance / 2T-4T mode / Hot Start / Arc Force

Description of parameters on the LCD display:

  • Welding current
  • Wire feed speed
  • Welding voltage
  • Voltage correction – face shape adjustment
  • Currently selected program
  • Inductance
  • Wire feed speed with “slow loss”
  • Wire diameter
  • Operating mode 2T/4T
  • Post gas (gas flow after welding)
  • Thickness of welded material

⭐ SYNERGY - is a very helpful feature available in professional welding equipment of PREMIUM class. By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.

⭐LUTOSPELING - is a method that is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with.

⭐ PULS - Welding with pulsating current, in which high and low current are alternately used. This reduces overall heat supply and splatter while providing greater resistance to non-melting. This method can be used to weld both metals with high thermal conductivity and thinner metals without burning them. Additionally, you can get narrower and more penetrating welds on thicker metals

⭐ DOUBLE PULSE - By welding using the MIG/MAG method with a double pulse, we obtain a high level of face appearance (husk effect). The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. When welding with dual pulse MIG/MAG, current pulses occur in two ranges

⭐ TWO-BAR 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow

⭐ FOUR-BAR 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow.

EUROCONNECTOR - allows you to quickly change the handle and allows you to change the polarity for welding with self-shielding wire

SPOOL GUN CONNECTOR - allows you to connect a special handle with space for an additional spool with wire. .

⭐POST GAS - regulation of gas outflow time after welding arc extinction. This is a helpful feature to cover the welding lake. Lack of additional gas shield may result in oxidation of the weld

⭐PRE GAS – gas outflow before arcing. Protects the lake from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. Regulation expressed in seconds.

⭐ CONTROL PANEL - The welding machine is equipped with an easy-to-use control panel and display, so it can be used even by amateurs.

⭐PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER - enables precise extension of the welding wire excluding its slippage, guarantees stability and continuity of operation of the device.

⭐ EASY TO USE - The welding machine is equipped with an easy-to-use control panel, so it can be used even by amateurs.

IN ADDITION, THE DEVICE HAS THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT WELDING:

ARC FORCE: facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from being extinguished when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake

HOT START: facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.

VRD - is a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after finishing welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level.

EFFICIENT OPERATION THANKS TO PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER

The welder is equipped with a professional wire feeder, which guarantees stability and continuity of operation of the device.

The 4-roll feeder allows precise extension of the welding wire excluding its slippage.

The feeder has a quick wire change knob as well as a wire feed roller.

HANDLE WITH EURO CONNECTOR

The welder has a EURO socket for MIG welding wire. The socket allows you to quickly change the handle to the same standard

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Inductance adjustment allows optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions.

The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements.

The thinner the MIG/MAG welded element, the higher the inductance (soft arc - less melting), for thick elements vice versa (hard arch - greater melting).

The standard neutral inductance setting is in the middle of the scale.

Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding chips during CO2 shielded welding.

The optimal setting of the inductance value depends on several factors and may differ from the standard recommendations, it should be selected during welding tests by manipulating the potentiometer knob.

THANKS TO THE INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT, THE WELDING MACHINE IS SUITABLE FOR SOLDERING

☀ VERSATILITY OF THE DEVICE ☀

Migomat company SPARTUS is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source enabling welding with hot melt wire in a gas shield MIG/MAG or FCAW self-shielding wire (after changing polarity), welding with a buffer electrode MMA, as well as the TIG Lift method.

✔ MIG/MAG welding

Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the manufacture of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the material of the hot melt electrode with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail, in an inert or active gas shield.

Welding MMA

In the MMA method, a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the welded material. Arching is created by touching the end of the electrode to the welded material.

Welding TIG LIFT DC

In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignitioned in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and the non-melting electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG DC Lift mode, the arc glow occurs when the electrode comes into contact with the welded element. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

✔ Self-shielding wire welding FCAW

Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-shielding wire. The wire is designed for general production work, also in field conditions, and for welding structures that are not subject to impact requirements. Welding current DC(-).

Self-shielding powder wire fi 0,8mm/1kg E71T-GS is designed for welding ordinary carbon steels and increased strength not exceeding 510 MPa.

It is used in prefabrication, construction, tank production, agricultural equipment, etc. Used in both production and repair of equipment.
