SPARTUS® EasyMIG 200 is a semi-automatic welding machine made in inverter technology.
It enables welding in an inert and active gas shield (MIG/MAG), wrapped electrode (MMA) and TIG Lift with arc ignition by rubbing. Easy polarity change allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.
The maximum welding current for the MIG method is 200A, while MMA and TIG Lift –160A. The device is powered from a single-phase 230V network.
The easy-to-use control panel allows for instant adjustment of parameters. The device is equipped with a simple synergy, in which we determine the diameters of the wire used for the selected gas. In addition, EasyMIG 200 has functions supporting the welding process such as:

Lightweight EasyMIG 200 is equipped with a two-roll feeder that ensures smooth and even feeding of welding wire.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and the speed of switching bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has an impact on significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
DEGREE OF PROTECTION
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contaminants entering. IP21S means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms and is not suitable for use in rain and snow.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected from overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine is cooled to a temperature allowing it to be switched on again.
WORK CYCLE
The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. The 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. The 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions.
POLARITY CHANGE - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with powder wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux producing protective gases during welding.
2 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.
MMA
A method in which a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. alkaline, cellulose, rutile or acidic.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding using synergistic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to suit their needs.
REGULATION OF INDUCTANCE
Inductance adjustment allows you to optimize the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and during soldering of galvanized elements.
Change in inductance also reduces the amount of welding chips during CO2 shielded welding. The higher the inductance value (+) the number of chippings decreases when the value is negative (-), the number of chippings increases. The optimal setting of the inductance value depends on several factors and may differ from the standard recommendations, so it should be selected experimentally during welding tests.
BURN BACK
Function to prevent the electrode wire from melting to the current tip, by temporarily extending the wire after the welding process is completed.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then the arc to glow and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

EASY-TO-USE, EASY-TO-READ CONTROL PANEL

TIG DC LIFT
Welding with tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield using a handle with a gas valve in the handle. The arc is ignited by rubbing, similarly to the MMA method.
SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED
Smooth speed control of wire feed is supported by an additional potentiometer allowing you to set the speed for different wire diameters.
