Synergistic welding machine Sherman MIG 200HD is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals.

It enables welding using MMA (wrapped electrode), TIG Lift and MIG/MAG methods in synergic and manual mode.

Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard wires in the protective gas shield and self-shielded powder wires.

Functions of MMA method (wrapped electrode welding):

• Hot Start (hot start adjustment) - works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in welding current above the value set by the welder. It is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great convenience when arcing.
• Anti Stick (short-circuit protection) - is a short-circuit protection, reducing the welding current in the case of sticking the electrode to the welded material. This makes it easier to peel off and protects the device from damage.
• 2T function - in two-bar mode, pressing the switch in the handle of the handle will cause the arc to glow. Welding is carried out with the switch pressed. Release of the switch will complete welding.
• 4T function - in four-bar mode, pressing the switch in the handle will cause the arc to glow then release the switch and conduct welding with the switch released. Pressing the switch again will complete the welding.

On the inside of the spool chamber cover there is a short guide for the welder facilitating the current operation of the device with a detailed description of access to adjustable operating parameters.

The device is made in the IGBT technology allowing for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions of the welding machine and increase in efficiency while reduction of energy consumption.
