Semi-automatic welding machine Sherman DUALMIG 210 S4 is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It enables MIG/MAG, MMA (wrapped electrode) and TIG DC Lift welding.

It can also be used for soldering thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. It is equipped with a 2-roll wire feeder with smooth feed speed adjustment and works with D100 (1 kg) and D200 (5 kg) wire spools.

Thanks to the polarity change, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard wires in the protective gas shield and self-shielded powder wires (FLUX) without a gas shield.

The device is made in IGBT technology allowing for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption.

The welding machine is used in closed or covered rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

The device allows welding in 2-bar or 4-bar mode:

• In two-bar mode, after pressing the button in the handle and lighting the arc, welding should be carried out with the button pressed. Release of the button on the handle will complete the welding process.
• In four-bar mode, press the button on the burner holder and light the arc. After the arc is correctly lit, you can release the button and weld with the button released. To complete welding, press and release the button in the handle.

It also has the ability to regulate the inductance used in soldering and regulate melting during welding. Inductance adjustment allows optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and during soldering of galvanized elements.
