Sherman DIGIMIG 207 EASYLITE is a compact, advanced semi-automatic inverter welding machine designed for welding structural steels, stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. The device combines the functions of MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and TIG Lift welding machines, thanks to which one device replaces several separate machines in the workshop.

Thanks to synergistic control and extensive welding programs, the device is ideal for both the hands of an experienced welder and a hobbyist user who expects a stable arc and repeatable results.

Features and technologies – what do you really gain?

✅Synergy MIG/MAG

The welder has synergistic programs that, after selecting the material and diameter of the wire, automatically select the voltage, current and speed of wire feeding. The user can additionally correct the parameters – which gives:

• faster achievement of correct settings,
• fewer trial and error,
• stable arc even with less experience.

✅MIG/MAG + FLUX – welding with and without gas

• Gas shielded welding (MIG/MAG) – ideal for steel structures and more demanding work.
• Self-shielded wire welding (FLUX) – changing the polarity allows without cylinder to work, which significantly increases mobility.

✅ MMA (wrapped electrode)

MMA DC mode with Hot Start and Arc Force functions facilitates electrode welding (e.g. rutile, alkaline) to the diameter of the electrode approx. 4 mm.

• Hot Start – facilitates arcing, reduces electrode sticking.
• Arc Force – stabilizes the arc when changing the length, improves the quality of the weld.

✅ TIG Lift (DC)

TIG Lift DC mode allows you to weld steel using TIG method using a handle with a gas valve. The glow occurs by gently touching and lifting the electrode (Lift), without the use of high frequency HF. (requires additional handle)

✅ Soldering (CuSi)

After selecting the CuSi wire program, the device enables lutowelding of galvanized sheets, which is particularly valuable in automotive sheet metallurgy – less overheating of the material, better protection of anti-corrosion coatings.

✅ Inductance regulation

Adjustable inductance allows you to adjust the nature of the arc to the thickness of the material:

• thinner sheets – milder arc, less chipping, lower risk of burnout,
• thicker elements – harder arch, deeper melting.

✅ 2T / 4T – comfort for long flights

• 2T mode – classic welding: press the button and weld.
• 4T mode – ideal for long welds: press the switch once, the device continues welding – pressing again completes the cycle.

✅ VRD – work safety

The VRD function reduces the idle voltage, and the full voltage appears only before the arc is ignited. This increases safety especially in humid conditions or outdoors.

✅ Spool Gun

The possibility of connecting the Spool Gun handle with a mini-wire spool (D100) is a huge advantage when welding aluminum or thin sheets – the wire is fed directly from the handle, which improves control and efficiency. (handle not included)
