SHERMAN DIGIMIG 200 SIMPLE is an inverter welding machine that impresses with its small dimensions and weight approx. 10kg. Very easy to use, automatically selects settings based on the set wire diameter.

DIGIMIG 200 SIMPLE is the best choice for people who are looking for the first MIG/MAG device, and for workshop and service applications. Thanks to the use of synergistic settings, the device is very easy to use and can be used by welders even with minimal experience.

The welding machine, despite its small size, offers parameters at the highest level 200 A and the possibility of welding with wires with a diameter of from 06 to 1,0 mm. It is one of the most popular inverters, highly rated by users.

ADVANTAGES OF WELDING MACHINE:

• IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.
• 2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
• SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the diameter of the wire.

• LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.
• FCAW - the possibility of welding with core wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding.
• WELDING MACHINE 3IN1 - This model of welding machine has two current plugs [+] and [-] and variable polarity. It is a simple and trouble-free design solution found mainly in inverter welding machines. It allows welding MMA and connecting the TIG handle with the valve, where the gas is controlled in the handle outside the device. • HOT START (hot start) - a function that makes it much easier to start welding. At the moment of arcing, the welding current is briefly increased. This leads to the heating of the material and electrode at the point of contact, as well as to the proper shape of the melt and the weld face (in the initial phase of the welding process).
• VRD - a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level.
• ARC FORCE - function, which provides the best settings for obtaining a stable arc and a small amount of chipping. In other words, thanks to ARC FORCE, the electric arc necessary for welding glows uniformly, without short circuits hindering or preventing the connection of materials. During welding, large amounts of chipping are often formed, i.e. drops of melted metals that need to be removed. When ARC FORCE is enabled, the number of chippings decreases significantly, and this allows for more comfortable work.
