Welder SHERMAN MIG 180FL

is an inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding by the following method:

➡ MIG/MAG:

Arc welding in gas shields (CO2 or Argon+CO2) is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the welding material (welding wire on a roll) with an electric arc produced between the welding wire fed by the handle and the welded material.

Available Modes:

• FLUX / FCAW - self-shielding wire welding. This is a similar welding process as MIG/MAG but does not require a gas cylinder. On the wire there is a thin layer of powder, which at the time of arc formation produces gas covering the working area.

➡️ TIG LIFT DC - Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding using a non-consumable (tungsten) electrode in a shielding gas atmosphere (Argon) with a separate TIG torch. In TIG DC Lift mode, the arc is ignited by contacting the electrode with the workpiece (the button on the torch handle does not ignite the arc; the gas is connected directly from the regulator to the torch and is regulated by a valve on the torch handle). In TIG Lift DC mode, the current is direct current (DC).

The welder is equipped with a professional wire feeder, which guarantees stability and continuity of operation of the device.

The 2-roll feeder allows precise extension of the welding wire excluding its slippage.

The feeder has a quick wire change knob as well as a wire feed roller.

The welder supports D100 wire spools.
