Technologia IGBT - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
MIG/MAG - Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the manufacture of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the material of the hot melt electrode with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail, in an inert or active gas shield.
MIG PULSE - an advanced form of welding that uses the best of the forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, impulse welding does not produce splashes or threaten with cold “infiltration”. Pulse welding positions are not limited, as they are derivatives of globular or spray forms, and their use is definitely more efficient. By cooling the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to expand the welding range, and a smaller heat input does not cause a problem with burning thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and types of metal.
MIG DOUBLE PULSE - By welding using the MIG/MAG method with a double pulse, we obtain a high level of face appearance (husk effect). In addition, the use of automatic wire feeding affects welding efficiency. The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. When welding with dual pulse MIG/MAG, current pulses occur in two ranges. The sequential system of our devices automatically combines two levels of pulses: hot and cold.
AUTO - synergistic settings. In AUTO mode, the user selects basic welding parameters such as the type of material, thickness of the welded material, diameter of the welding wire. The device selects the remaining parameters automatically using the database of preloaded programs. AUTO mode allows only continuous current welding – it is not possible to adjust the PULS and double PULS mode settings.
FCAW - Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-shielding wire. It is a method using self-shielding core wire for welding (in all positions) steel of normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa. Self-shielding wire can be used in single and multi-layer welding processes, using current sources with both flat and falling characteristics. The wire is designed for general production work, also in field conditions, and for welding structures that are not subject to impact requirements. Welding current DC(-).
TIG DC LIFT - tungsten electrode welding in an inert gas shield. The use of this method allows welding of all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, as well as copper alloys, e.g. bronze or brass.
MMA - a method in which a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the welded object so as to maintain a constant-length arc and at the same time moves its melting end along the welding line. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. alkaline, cellulose, rutile or acidic.
MMA VRD - VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode - module reducing the resting voltage (idle) of the secondary circuit of the device. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function turns off and turns on the welding power supply when the resistance between the electrode - welded element ends is measured during welding.
Regulation of inductance in the MIG/MAG method - properly selected welding inductance, contributes to reducing the amount of chipping. It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, the shielding gas used, the current and the welding position. Reducing inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, and increasing contributes to the formation of a more liquid lake and reducing the amount of chipping. Correctly selected is characterized by a stable arc, even transfer of liquid metal droplets, maintaining a constant size of the welding lake and a characteristic repetitive sound without splashes and explosions.
Lutowelding - after selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device allows soldering, mainly used in the automotive industry to connect galvanized sheets together.
HOT START - a function that makes it easier to start welding. At the moment of arcing, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to warm up the material and electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the melt and weld face in the initial phase of welding.
ARC FORCE - a function that stabilizes the arc by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the number of chippings.
High-quality self-tinting welding visor designed to provide protection of the eyes and face from sparks, splashes and harmful radiation generated during any welding work.
The self-tinting filter switches automatically from the lightened state to the darkened state when an electric arc is formed and returns to the lightened state after the welding has ceased.
The visor is used as a means of personal protection during welding and arc cutting processes (TIG, MIG, MAG, MMA).
