FLASH WELDING WITH PULSE

In MIG welding with so-called. With a pulsating arc, the end of the electrode wire melts accelerated, forming and peeling off metal droplets. Dual pulsation MIG welding is particularly useful when welding aluminium and its alloys. Thanks to the use of a double pulse, with the appropriate setting of parameters, it is possible to obtain a weld that goes far beyond the capabilities of the conventional MIG method.

A well-made MIG weld with double pulsation is aesthetically and qualitatively similar to the welded joint obtained by TIG AC method. However, the difference is that during double pulsation MIG welding much higher efficiency is achieved, and the semi-automatic welding technology itself is much simpler for the operator than TIG welding.
