⏩WELDING PROGRAMS AND METHODS

• MIG/MAG synergistic - MAGNUM MIG 224 S-DP enables MIG/MAG welding in synergistic mode. The user chooses the type of material, wire diameter and gas shield, and the device automatically selects the most important operating parameters, such as wire feed speed and welding voltage. In addition, the arc length and inductance can be corrected, thanks to which the welder can adjust the nature of the device to the material, welding position and his own technique.
• Single Pulse / Double Pulse - The device offers welding with single and double current pulsation. Single Pulse mode improves control over the welding process and reduces material overheating, while Double Pulse allows for even more aesthetic welds, especially with aluminum and stainless steel. Double pulse is one of the strongest functions of this model useful where the appearance of the weld, temperature control and stable handling of the welding lake count.
• GMAW - black steel - The GMAW mode is designed for welding black steel in a CO2 shield or Ar + CO2 mixture. This is the basic program for typical workshop, locksmith, construction and repair work.
