MAGNUM MIG 201 ALU PRO is a modern semi-automatic welding machine designed to work with MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift, FCAW and soldering methods. The model combines a compact design with features that realistically increase the range of applications in workshop, service and light production.

The device allows welding of black steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, as well as self-shielding wire and soldering. Thanks to the synergistic mode, the user can quickly select operating parameters, and the manual mode allows for full, manual setting of the process.

The most important advantage of the MIG 201 ALU PRO model are synergistic programs for aluminum AlSi i AlMg with automatic single current pulsation. This solution improves the stability of the process and facilitates obtaining aesthetic welds when working with aluminum.

The easy-to-read digital panel allows you to choose the working method, material, wire diameter and shielding gas. The device also offers 2T/4T modes, Hot Start and Arc Force adjustment, wire extension test function and gas outflow test. In addition, the model is equipped with a socket for connecting the Spool Gun handle, which increases its usefulness in selected aluminum works.

The power source was built on the basis of IGBT technology, which translates into high efficiency, stable operation and reduced energy consumption. The parameters of the device include 230 V power supply, welding current 40 – 200 A in MIG/MAG and 20 – 175 A in MMA and TIG Lift. The model supports 0,8 and 1,0 mm wire, spools up to 5 kg, and the weight of the device is 11 kg.

New, lightweight cylinder Ar/CO2 contains 8L (1.5 m3) of high-quality mixture of 82% argon and 18% CO2 used in welding and industry.

A protective cap protects the valve from damage during transport or storage. The cylinder is full, brand new, and has a working pressure of 150 bar. The cylinders have a 10-year calibration, meet EN-1964-1 standards, and have the Π mark, allowing them to be used and refilled in all EU countries.

The standard W 21.8x1/14 thread for this type of gas allows it to be used with most Ar/CO2 regulators available on the market.
