MIG 200 is a device adapted to power from a single-phase network MAGNUM MIG 200 MMA KN . This device is equipped with an overload thermal protection system, preventing excessive overheating.

MIG 200 KN devices are based on the latest, most advanced technology, using IGBT transistors.

Thanks to the special design, bipolar power transistors with an isolated gate (IGBT - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) are in many respects a more advantageous solution and in many applications are a better solution than traditional MOSFET transistors.

The source based on IGBT transistors offers stronger, more concentrated and stable arch with less power consumption. It provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets of covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for spanting galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various combinations, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.
