MIG 199 Alu-Puls Synergy is a migomat designed for beginners, but also for more advanced users. The welder is a continuation of the philosophy introduced together with the MIG 210 Synergy Easy model - it is to provide a high level of functionality with simple operation. The welding machine is powered from a single-phase 230V network and allows welding by three methods.

The device is equipped with synergistic MIG/MAG programs with the possibility of manual correction to the program. Particularly noteworthy is the possibility of MIG welding with pulse and programs dedicated to welding aluminum.

MIG 199 Alu-Puls Synergy is an interesting proposition for DIYers, service and repair workshops and companies producing lightweight structures.

MIG 199 Alu-Puls Synergy - high-quality welding for beginners

Thanks to the use of MIG 199 A-P synergistic programs, synergy is extremely easy to use. After selecting the right program, the user asks the value of the welding current and that’s it. Wire feed and welding voltage in the MIG/MAG method are loaded into the program, and in addition, the user has the ability to fine-tune the settings to their own needs.

Allows welding by the following methods:

• MIG/MAG - welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. It is a popular welding process that is characterized by high efficiency and good quality of the welded joint. Semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding is one of the most popular methods both in workshop conditions as well as in high-performance production. This method is also relatively easy to learn by novice users.
• FCAW (FLUX) - a popular variant of the MAG method - semi-automatic welding with a hot melt electrode (welding wire on a spool). The main difference is that it is welded with a special self-shielding wire, which does not require the use of shielding gas. Simplifying, we can say that this method combines two processes: MAG welding and MMA electrode welding.
• MMA - the oldest variety of arc welding - the so-called. welding with a wrapped electrode. This is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded.
• TIG DC with facilitated contact arc LIFT. TIG welding is the process of joining details with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield. The role of the non-melting electrode is played by a rod made of pure tungsten or tungsten refined with oxides. In the process of welding with a non-melting electrode, it is most often required to add an additional binder, but there are cases when it is not necessary. It can be said that the TIG welding process resembles gas welding with the difference that the heat source is an electric arc. By welding TIG we have the opportunity to obtain a weld of high quality, excellent strength parameters and excellent aesthetics. This process is almost surgical precision.

IMPORTANT: MIG 199 Alu-Puls Synergy is a 3w1 migomat. The factory welding machine is equipped with a set of wires for MIG/MAG and MMA welding. To be able to use the TIG welding function, it is necessary to purchase an additional TIG Lift handle with valve.

MIG 199 Alu-Puls Synergy is factory prepared for welding aluminum and its alloys - the MIG handle is armed with Teflon, and the feeder is armed with special wire feed rollers. On the other hand, the increased quality of MIG welding is possible thanks to the MIG Pulse function. Pulsed MIG welding provides better metal transfer to the welding lake and reduction of welding chipping. It also has a beneficial effect on the heat distribution in the weld.
