The BLACK 37417 is an ⭐inverter welding machine whose design is based on efficient ⭐IGBT transistors. It is equipped with a ⭐LCD display indicating the current welding current set by a knob with smooth adjustment.

The IGBT transistor combines the advantages of two types of transistors with the ease of control of field transistors and the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors.

► MMA – welding with a wrapped electrode (Manual Metal Arc).

  • Wrapped electrodes are used.

  • The simplest method, good for structural steels and field work.

► MIG – semi-automatic welding in gas shield (Metal Inert Gas / Metal Active Gas).

► "2T"

EMBEDDED FUNCTIONS:

HOT START, popularly known as hot start, allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when lighting the electrode.

ANTI STICK cuts/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

ARC FORCE stabilizes the arc regardless of its length. Regulates the dynamics of the welding arc. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through. (In this model, the ARC FORCE function is adjusted automatically)

The welder is equipped with a cooling fan for electronic systems and other components - the ⭐"Turbo FAN" function, as well as a thermal sensor to protect the device from overheating.

The device welds with current from ⭐20 to 250A, allows welding with an electrode with a diameter of ⭐2mm to 4mm.

✨Welding with a 2mm electrode is already possible with a Class C 16A instantaneous fuse. Working at a maximum current of 250A requires protection of at least 20A.

✨Thanks to the use of a large fan in a small welding machine housing, the air flow was increased, which reduced the temperature of the transistors. The efficiency of the device is as much as 60%.
