TECNOMIG 205 4x4 LCD SYNERGIC is an inverter synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX methods.
The device is designed for a wide range of applications, from maintenance work to car body repairs.
Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield, active or mixture and with reverse polarity without gas.
Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters through the LCD display makes the device very easy to use.
All you need to do is set the thickness of the welded material and start welding: intelligent and automatic welding arc control system, step by step, will select the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material.
The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit their needs.

Inductance regulation – allows you to reduce the amount of heat at the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, the function used for lutowelding. Higher inductance (soft arc) results in a wider welding lake and less chipping. In contrast, lower inductance produces a stable, focused arc.
LUTOSPELING - MIG/MAG soldering has adopted a name created from two different technologies. Soldering as a bonding process in which there is no melting of the native material only solder and MIG / MAG welding technology, from which the preparation of the edges of the material as for welding and the method of melting the wire in the electric arc in the atmosphere of protective gases, fed automatically from the spool, were used. Soldering could be called soldering by welding method. The protective gas used is most often pure argon
In the welding process, evaporating zinc is the cause of the porosity of the welds, because high temperatures formed in this area destroy the protective layer, the combined elements lose their corrosion resistance. Mechanical removal of zinc before welding and re-application in places where evaporation has occurred is a very expensive process. Supplementing cavities with zinc preparations (paints) does not sufficiently protect the structure against corrosion. In addition, it should be noted that when welding galvanized sheets, there is a very large emission of zinc vapors harmful to health. These inconveniences can be avoided by using MIG/ MAG soldering technology.
MIG COLD (Cold Metal Transfer) is an advanced MIG/MAG welding variant, characterized by low heat input to the material. It uses precise control of the electric arc, where the welding wire is cyclically retracted, which minimizes heating. This process is ideal for welding thin sheets, aluminum or stainless steel, ensuring high weld quality, less deformation and reduction of spatter. Mainly used in automotive and precision industry.
