This device is used in locksmith workshops as well as in repair workshops. It enables welding with steel welding wires with a diameter of 0,6-0,8 mm, as well as self-shielding wires (welding "without gas") and electrodes with a diameter of 1,6-4 m. MIG 200 IGBT MMA is a device adapted to power from a single-phase network of 230 V, 50 Hz / 400V. This device is equipped with an overload thermal protection system, preventing excessive overheating.

MIG 200/2 PRO devices are based on the latest, most advanced technology, using IGBT transistors.

Thanks to the special design, bipolar power transistors with an isolated gate (IGBT - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) are in many respects a more advantageous solution and in many applications are a better solution than traditional MOSFET transistors.

The source based on IGBT transistors offers stronger, more concentrated and stable arch with less power consumption. It provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

The features of these transistors are very high efficiency, which translates directly into lower power consumption, high switching frequency, ensuring instant adjustment of current to changes in parameters during welding.

FCAW - the possibility of welding with core wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding.

This function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements - prevents them from burning (the thinner the inductance element should be greater), affects the shape of the weld, its width, depth of melting and the number of splashes,

LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets of covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material with which we work. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for spanding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various name connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.
