IDEAL TECNOMIG 220 is an easy-to-use inverter welding machine, designed for work both in small workshops and in professional work. It allows welding using the MIG/MAG method, FLUX and electrodes wrapped with MMA maximum current 220A with efficiency 60%. The welder does not overheat and allows you to work in long cycles without worrying about turning off.

The versatility and level of workmanship of the device enable a wide range of applications both in small workshops, households and professionally in assembly works, as well as car body repairs.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

REG. INDUCTION - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.

LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, i.a. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.

FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.

EUROCONNECTOR - allowing the interchangeable use of various types of handles.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.

The IDEAL TECNO MIG 220 welding machine is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding steel using the MIG/MAG method and aluminum and its alloys. The device has a power of 220A and guarantees a melt with a maximum thickness of 5mm (the maximum thickness of the welded material is 10mm). The welder has an efficiency of up to 60% at maximum current and allows you to work in long cycles without worrying about turning off.

Full functionality

Thanks to the variable polarity, self-shielding powder wires (FLUX) can be welded, but also MMA can be welded using hot melt coated electrodes. Adjustable INDUCTANCE allows for welding without chipping of both thin sheets and thick profiles and conducting the LUTOSPELING CuSi process.
