Thanks to the technologies used, the manufacturer managed to achieve a small size and weight of the source. However, despite its small size, this welding machine allows MIG/MAG/FCAW/TIG welding with a welding current of up to 200 amp. For the MMA method, you can weld up to 160 amps.

We have a 3in1 migomat - all MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG welding torches are included. Source control from the micro-switch in the TIG handle - does not require the use of a TIG handle with a valve.

✅ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVICE:

• SYNERGY MIG/MAG/FLUX - a program that automatically selects the wire feed to the set welding current. Attention! Possibility to choose the diameter of the welding wire and the type of gas - greater precision in the operation of Synergy.
• REGULATION OF WELDING INDUCTANCE - reduction of welding chips, control of face width and depth of melting. Thanks to the regulation of welding inductance, it is possible to lutoweld wire CuSi3 - used in bodywork repairs to connect galvanized car body sheets.
• Two operating modes 2T/4T - or two-bar and four-bar - choose standard work with a micro-switch or work in 4T mode, i.e. welding without holding your finger on the button in the handle.

✅ TIG DC Lift WELDING + ADDITIONAL FEATURES

The TECNOMIG 203 SYNERGY is an unrivalled machine in this class. Allows TIG DC Lift welding with contact arc ignition. It does not require the use of a special handle with a valve, as is the case with other welding machines. The manufacturer included a TIG handle with micro switch control. Thanks to this, we have such benefits as:

• button control in TIG handle - control over the initiation of the welding arc and its extinction,
• two operating modes 2T/4T - standard welding or welding without having to hold your finger on the button in the handle,
• post gas - that is, gas outflow after welding, control of cooling of the welding lake and the possibility of obtaining a better quality weld.

✅CHANGE OF WELDING POLARITY ON THE MIG HANDLE

Fast and safe change of welding polarity possible from the position of the front panel of the device. Weld with reverse polarity with self-shielding welding wires that do not require shielding gas. A great option when you need to take the machine to work in the field, and you do not necessarily want to take a cylinder with you with accessories.

✅EURO SOCKET

The device is equipped with a EURO socket - the most commonly used connection type in our part of the globe. You can easily retool the device for welding aluminum or other materials that require proper adaptation of the MIG handle. You can also use several MIG handles depending on which material group you will be welding.

✅PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER

Professional wire feeder with good 2-roll mechanism. Proper transmission ensures smooth wire feeding, and this guarantees good and stable parameters.
