UNIVERSAL WELDING MACHINE

IDEAL TECNO MIG 225 PRO CuSi MMA is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG and MMA welding with a maximum current of 225A at 60% efficiency. The parameters of this device will allow us to work effectively in a home workshop or even a workplace.

WELDING WITHOUT GAS

The applied variable polarity allows you to weld without gas using the FLUX method with a self-shielding wire. IDEAL TECNO MIG 225 PRO CuSi MMA has an easy-to-use integrated function panel with knobs enabling smooth adjustment of the welding current, wire feed speed and inductance. This solution guarantees simplicity and ease of use.

3IN1 WELDING MACHINE – an inverter source that effectively and failure-free combines several welding methods. Migomat, i.e. welding with inert and active gas MIG MAG with MMA coated electrode welding. In addition, it allows the use of a TIG torch with a valve for welding in the Lift method with touch arc ignition.

BRAZING - a method that is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much lower. Brazing is used to join thin sheets of metal covered with a layer of zinc . The described method is a bonding process during which the solder is melted, not the material we are working with. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting the wire in an electric arc surrounded by a protective gas, as well as from preparing the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the braze welding method is used not only to join galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. stainless steel with ordinary steel or copper with steel.

FLUX - arc welding with cored wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use a self-shielding wire, which is filled with a flux or a chemical substance, producing protective gases during welding.
