IDEAL EXPERT TIG 210 AC/DC is an inverter welding machine, manufactured from the new generation IGBT transistors. The welder impresses with its small dimensions and weight of only approx. 11kg. Small dimensions and weight make this model unrivaled in its class of welding machines, they also guarantee high mobility and the ability to work even in hard-to-reach places. The device has a clear and transparent "soft panel", and parameter adjustments are made using two multifunctional knobs and several buttons, making setting the welding machine very easy and intuitive. The device gives the possibility of welding with pulse current. Thanks to this function and full adjustment of pulse parameters, it is possible to focus the arc and change the shape of the weld, as well as the possibility of welding thin elements. Arching is done without contact using the built-in HF ionizer or in the LIFT touch mode. The biggest advantage of the welding machine is resistance to large voltage drops, thanks to the built-in PFC function. This guarantees a stable welding process with large voltage drops in the network, when working on long extension cords and using a generator set. The device is able to operate at a voltage drop to 190V.

The welding machine is used in various industries, i.a. in repair workshops, production and service companies in the chemical industry, automotive, as well as in aviation.

Thanks to the IDEAL EXPERT TIG 210 AC/DC welding machine, it is possible to weld any aluminum alloy, steel, copper alloys and other weldable materials, making the device a universal source of electricity and suitable for any repair workshop.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

• TIG MIX - combines the advantages of AC alternating current welding (obtaining a very clean weld) with the deep penetration obtained during DC direct current welding. As a result, it is possible to obtain a very good quality weld on thin and thick materials.
• TIG 2 LEVEL - allowing you to switch between two different welding current values, without interrupting operation. The change is done by quickly pressing the button on the handle. Functions used for welding aluminum, for greater temperature control of the material.
• PUNKT - for making even, point-based tacks, with adjustable welding time. Mainly used for joining sheet metal "on tab" or pre-connection of structures.

STRONG LEATHER HANDLE WITH CONTROL

The device is equipped with a TIG SR 26 welding torch length 4m, with a high current capacity, thanks to which it will withstand work even in long cycles. The handle also has remote control in the handle, which definitely facilitates work and it is possible to change the current during welding. In addition, the leather sleeve significantly extends its durability and provides a more comfortable work.
