VERSATILE DEVICE

Ideal EXPERT MIG 215 LCD is a welding machine that is a versatile device. It allows welding using MIG-MAG, MMA, TIG DC LIFT methods. An additional advantage is the possibility of welding with self-shielding wires (FLUX). Widely used from maintenance work to car body repairs. Thanks to its flexibility, it can weld various types of materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum.

SIMPLE AND USER-FRIENDLY WELDING MACHINE

Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters via the LCD in Polish makes the device very easy to use. All you need to do is set the thickness of the welded material and start welding: intelligent and automatic welding arc control system, step by step, will select the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit their needs.

SOLDERING

The welding machine enables the lutowelding process, thanks to which galvanized sheets can be freely combined, which are often used in car bodies. The main advantage of MIG MAG solder welding is the maintenance of a protective zinc coating at the solder-zinc interface.

POSSIBILITY OF USING SPOOL GUN HANDLE AND OTHER ADVANTAGES

IGBT - a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

FULL SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.

SPOT WELDING - MIG MAG function rarely found in this class of devices is much more versatile than in TIG, although showing lower metallurgical purity. It does not require a perfect combination of elements.

HOT START "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.

SPOOL GUN - welding torch with built-in wire feeder. It is used mainly in car workshops and in welding thin sheets, it is perfect for hard-to-reach places and at heights. A spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle.

PRE GAS + POST GAS - a function helpful to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.
