TECNOMIG 254/2 PULSE 230/400V is an inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, MMA and FLUX methods. The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.

The device has three synergistic MIG/MAG welding modes: MIG, MIG PULS, MIG DOUBLE PULS.

TECNO MIG 254/2 PULSE is used for welding aluminium and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels. Welding is carried out in an inert gas, active gas or mixture, depending on the program selected on the control panel.

Thanks to the use of pulsation MIG, the amount of heat introduced into the welded element is increased. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position and reduce the amount of spatter.

Both with the MIG method as well as the MIG PULS we have the option of selecting the button function in the handle between operation in Spot mode (point welding), 2-bar, S2-bar, 4-bar (button lock for long welds),

By using a 4-roll feeder, the device ensures stable wire feeding so important when welding aluminum and copes very well with 5-meter welding torches.

The clear and easy-to-use digital control panel allows precise adjustment of MIG welding parameters such as:

• regulation of peak current / base current in double pulse
• inductance regulation (MIG / Dual Pulse)
• regulation of pulse amplitude in double pulse
• regulation of pulse width (filling) in double pulse
• regulation of pulsation frequency in double pulse
• regulation of spot welding time
• regulation of wire burning time after welding
• regulation of gas outflow time before welding
• regulation of gas outflow time after welding

The device also has precise adjustments of MMA parameters such as:

• ARC FORCE (MMA) regulation
• current regulation in HOT START (MMA)
