SPARTUS® EasyMIG 325

It is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, constructed on the basis of IGBT transistors. It has the function of:

  • MIG/MAG in the shield of inert and active gases,
  • MMA with a wrapped electrode,
  • TIG Lift with arc ignition by rubbing.
  • FLUX easy polarity change allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas

Synergic MIG/MAG welding system with the possibility of manual parameter correction. The device allows you to choose the following programs: steel CO2, steel mixture, aluminium, powder wire welding, as well as manual welding mode.

SPARTUS® EasyMIG 325 has a number of functions supporting the welding process: operation mode 2T/4T, inductance adjustmenti, regulation of gas outflow time after welding, Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD.

High-end four-roll wire feeder, ensures stable feeding of welding wire. Stable output parameters guarantee the appropriate quality of the weld.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and the speed of switching bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has an impact on significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

DEGREE OF PROTECTION

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The IGBT module is protected from overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine is cooled to a temperature allowing it to be switched on again.

WORK CYCLE

The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. The 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. The 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions.

MMA

A method in which a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. alkaline, cellulose, rutile or acidic.

ARC FORCE

Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which results in stabilisation of the arc.

VRD

The VRD function reduces the voltage in the unloaded state. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it can make it difficult to light the arc.

HOT START

The function is designed to prevent sticking the electrode to the material and is a great convenience when arcing. It works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.

POLARITY CHANGE - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with powder wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux producing protective gases during welding.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergistic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to suit their needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergistic welding.

4 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER

Professional four-roll feeder ensures stable feeding of welding wire. It has a strong motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming.

It is designed for heavy-duty operation and for handles with a longer length compared to plastic feeders that cannot handle 4 or 5 meter handles.

SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED

Smooth feed speed adjustment of the wire is supported by an additional potentiometer allowing you to set the speed for different wire diameters.

EURODISCONNECTION

Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum by replacing the Teflon cartridge and current tip).

REGULATION OF INDUCTANCE

It allows you to optimize arch characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then the arc to glow and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

WELDING OF ALUMINIUM ALLOYS

Aluminum welding is not a simple activity, it requires the welder to have experience, knowledge and preservation of certain practices that will facilitate the performance of welds on aluminum elements.

Depending on the needs, appropriate corrections should be made to voltage and inductance to achieve the desired effect.

INSULATION CLASS F

Type of insulation materials used, informing about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Its exceeding at continuous operation reduces the service life and time of trouble-free operation of the transformer. For class F 155°C.

EASY-TO-USE, EASY-TO-READ CONTROL PANEL:

Easy to use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. Digital display indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of welded material.

WIRE TEST

Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feeder motor without starting the shielding gas outflow. The power source is also activated, but does not provide welding current.

TIG LIFT WELDING

For welding with this method, it is necessary to use an additional TIG handle. A gas-cooled handle with current load capacity suitable for the device is required, equipped with a shield gas control valve.
