EASYMIG 217 DP Inverter welder

SPARTUS® EasyMIG 217DP is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine based on IGBT transistors.

Enables:

• synergistic MIG/MAG welding with pulsation and double pulsation
• MIG/MAG welding in synergistic mode
• MIG/MAG welding in manual setting mode
• TIG Lift welding
• MMA wrapped electrode welding

In addition, the device, thanks to the ability to change the polarity of welding, allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA methods is 200A. The device is powered from a single-phase 230V network

Modern LCD display allows you to easily and quickly set the welding current voltage and manage the functions of the device. When adjusting parameters, the display determines the dependence of the weld shape in relation to the voltage and graphically indicates the recommended material thickness for the selected current.

EasyMIG 217DP allows wire work in the diameter range of 0,8 - 1,2 mm. The device equipped with synergistic programs also allows you to introduce manual correction of the set parameters. An additional advantage of the device is the option of pulsating current welding. The use of double pulsation in the MIG/MAG method makes it possible to obtain a weld with quality and aesthetics comparable to the TIG method.

Benefits of using dual pulsation in MIG/MAG:

• high aesthetics face (husk effect)
• higher welding efficiency compared to TIG method
• less thermal deformation compared to the TIG method
• when welding aluminum requires less skill from the operator compared to the TIG method

For even easier and more efficient operation, EasyMIG 217DP is equipped with functions supporting the welding process such as:

• 2T/4T – possibility to choose one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG)
• Inductance – regulation of welding inductance – control of face width and melting depth (MIG/MAG), limitation of welding chipping
• Spool Gun – lightweight and durable welding torch, with built-in wire feeder and spool in the handle (MIG/MAG), Hot Start – easier electrode glow (MMA)
• Arc Force – easier welding in forced positions (MMA)
• VRD – current voltage reduction (MMA)
