SPARTUS® EasyMIG 215 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, based on IGBT transistors. It has the function of welding in an inert and active gas shield (MIG/MAG), welding with a wrapped electrode (MMA) and TIG Lift welding with arc ignition by rubbing. Easy polarity change allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.

The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 200A and 180A for MMA method. The device power supply is from a single-phase 230V network.

SPARTUS® EasyMIG 215 is equipped with a synergistic system for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires with a diameter of 0,6 / 0,8 /1,0 mm and aluminum 1,0mm with the possibility of manual parameter correction. The user can choose from programs: CO2 steel, steel mixture, aluminum, powder wire welding. The device also works in manual welding mode.

Thanks to the use of modern technological solutions, the welding machine has a number of functions supporting the welding process:

• 2T/4T – possibility to choose one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG)
• regulation of welding inductance – control of face width and melting depth (MIG/MAG), limitation of welding chipping
• Hot Start – easier electrode ignition (MMA)
• Arc Force – easier welding in forced positions (MMA)
• VRD – reduced idle voltage (MMA)
