Posology

The proposed daily dose of food depends on the dog’s body weight and age.

For adult dogs, it is recommended to administer a portion equivalent to about 5% of the dog's body weight per day.

For puppies, it is recommended to give a portion corresponding to about 10% of the dog's body weight per day.

For example: an adult dog weighing 10 kg should receive about 500 g of food per day, while a puppy weighing 10 kg should receive about 1 kg of food per day.

The dosage given is indicative. The amount of food should be adjusted to the age, activity, condition and individual needs of the dog.

Shipping and storage of frozen products

We pack frozen products in such a way as to best maintain a low temperature during transport. Each order is secured in a transport card with a polystyrene insert, and additionally we use cooling gel inserts and a thermal blanket, which help protect the product from thawing.

We ship frozen products from Monday to Thursday to reduce the risk of the package being parked in the courier warehouse over the weekend.

If you choose a parcel locker or pick-up point, we recommend picking up your parcel as soon as possible after receiving the notification.

After delivery, the product should be stored in the freezer. Once thawed and opened, refrigerate and use within 2 to 3 days.
